Mayfield and former Oklahoma offensive lineman Nila Kasitati teamed up with the Sooners' national championship-winning women's gymnastics program to perform a hilarious routine choreographed by the quarterback.
After the two performed, the football stars took some time to celebrate with the gymnastics championship trophy.
